TRANSACTIONS

Payment is due upon purchase, layaway is not available.

 

Taxes:

Washington residents will be charged current tax rates on all purchases.

 

SHIPPING

 

Covid update: shipping is currently only happening on Monday following a three day processing time. Items will be packaged immediately (using precaution) then left to sit for three days prior to shipping out on Monday. 

 

Currently we are unable to ship to Countries that are not accepting shipments from the US or  Countries where USPS has suspended shipments. Please see the list HERE 

Orders unable to be shipped due to USPS restrictions or Country imposed shipping restrictions will, unfortunately, be cancelled. 

 

Combined Shipping: Kawaii Berry is no longer offering to combine separate orders placed on our webpage during the first 24 hours of a shop update. Please make sure everything is in your cart when you check out or be prepared to pay to ship each separate order. This change is new as of March 2021 and will be effective immediately.

 

Packaging:

Items are shipped in a plastic or a reusable and compostable mailer. We are making the switch to greener eco-conscious packaging to help our planet and future generations.


Timeline:

Processing and handling take 3-7 business days and are not factored into delivery estimates.

 

Cost:

Us shipping prices include tracking, packaging costs, and insurance.

 

 International shipping prices include insurance and packaging costs.

 

 Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

 

Missing package and undeliverable:

Items returned as undeliverable will be reshipped only at the cost of the buyer. Please confirm that your address is up to date before placing an order.

 

Missing items marked as delivered are considered stolen. The United States Post Office takes mail theft seriously, the buyer is responsible for reporting the theft to the local authorities and sending me a copy of the police report in order to file a claim. As I ship all items insured a refund can not be issued until the insurance claim is filed,  accepted, and paid out. A refund to the buyer is solely dependent on the refund provided by the insurance claim.

 

 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on most items.

 

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Request a return within 14 days of delivery and then, upon confirmation or return, ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery. Refund will be processed once item is received and the items are checked back in. Items must be in condition to be resold to be eligible for a return.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Masks and Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Please note that buyers are responsible for shipping costs on items exchanged or returned.

 

Cancellations:

Changed your mind about an item? Let me know within 24 hours of placing your order! Items that have not yet shipped will be refunded. Non mask items that have shipped cannot be canceled and can only be exchanged or returned upon receiving the item. Masks can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering but are not returnable or exchangeable due to health concerns. Please note buyer is responsible for shipping costs on both exchanges and returns. Doll Staining

Due to the risk of staining please do not store clothing on your doll. I have not had any issues with the fabrics I use causing staining on resin ball jointed dolls even with extended continued wear. I have however experienced staining on personal vinyl dolls with some of the coated fabrics (faux leathers specifically). Use Kawaii Berry merchandise at your own risk, I will not be held responsible or liable for staining on any doll.
